Artists from the east coast of Canada were asked to paint army helmets for a group art show. Erika Ellsworth, Mitchell Wiebe and I are a few of the artists who have been asked to take part. The show was put on by The True Patriot Love Foundation of New Brunswick and P.E.I. . These helmets will be auctioned off at the October 28 dinner in Fredericton to raise funds for three charities benefiting injured soldiers and their families, including the Canadian Forces Benevolent Fund, Military Family Resource Centers and The Wounded Warriors Fund. This show will be on public display in Moncton, Charlottetown, St. John, and Fredericton.
